Refund policy

1. STRICT 14-DAY RETURN POLICY We stand behind the engineering of our products. However, due to the highly personal and hygienic nature of our inventory, we enforce a strict return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. HYGIENE & SAFETY RESTRICTIONS (NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS) For health, safety, and sanitary reasons, we strictly do not accept returns on any opened or used items. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Jawline Sculptors

  • Micro-Derma Rollers

  • Sleep Mouth Tape

  • Gua Sha Tools

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original factory seals intact, and in its original packaging. If the seal is broken, the return will be automatically rejected.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@castoclub.com. Please include clear photos or videos of the defect. We will evaluate the issue and send a free replacement immediately.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS If your return is approved (for unopened items only), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the factory seals are broken or the item shows any sign of use, no refund will be issued, and the item will be destroyed for sanitary reasons. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return for an eligible unopened item, contact us at support@castoclub.com with your Order Number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
